He has 20 years of experience in corporate finance and served as Executive Director at PwC, where he gained extensive expertise in the retail, manufacturing, trading, and corporate real estate sectors while managing dozens of corporate M&A transactions.
His clients include leading Turkish and global companies such as Sabancı Holding, Akkök Holding, Metro AG, and Toyota Tsusho.
After earning a Master’s degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, he began his career as an analyst at Sofitel Capital in the US. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
He has published articles on M&A in journals such as Harvard Business Review and delivered seminars and lectures on the topic to students at prominent universities such as Boğaziçi and Sabancı, as well as to executives of major Turkish companies and global experts at the PwC Academy.
